You are welcome

1. Yes these are enough to get at least pass marks, which is 45% for GP Exam.
2. You can choose any day available from the given calendar there, usually there are about 3-4 days in every week. You can select any date suitable for you and there are different times too, in morning and evening. The LIMIT to take the test is 3 times per year, from outside Saudi Arabia. If you are taking within Saudi Arabia after getting eligibility from MOH, then you will have only 3 attempts in total.
3. SLE is just an exam for MOH, if you clear it, you will get your registration by submitting your documents to DATAFLOW for verification and then MOH Saudia to get registration. That is a complete separate process. You dont need any document attestation for prometric exam outside Saudia.
4. If you clear the exam, you get the result sheet right away printed from the center at the same time.
For registration to MOH Saudia, you need to have job offer in hand. The result of prometric is valid for 2 years and when you have job offer the sponsor will assist you in getting your registration. E.G. If you get passed in interview by delegates from MOH Saudia, you will get registration when you reach Saudia after they give you work visa. Likewise, if you have Job offer from private hospital in Saudia they will give you visa and then assist you get registration after you reach Saudi Arabia.
I hope you got my points.
