assalam o alaikum, for 6months I did observership in government hospital in my city.i learnt alot under supervision of senior doctors.i want to make observership certificate.anybody has template of certificate please post it here. then for next 6-9 months i examined patients prescribed medicine and advised treatment plans for in same government hospital and I wasn't paid for my services at that time and I was preparing for PMDC exams during that time so I was thinking of making certificate of hospital volunteer if anybody has any template or format of certificate then please post here.
